Former agency-side marketer Colin Gray has also joined as national communications, retailer and digital marketing manager recently and will report directly to Cox. This summer, the division hired CRM expert Hans Rutlin as head of customer quality and network development to replace Rose Butterworth.

Decision Maker: Recently hired Marisa Kacary as SVP and global head of marketing, a newly-created role, based in the London office. This comes as Neil Jones returns to the subsidiary as EMEA MD after serving as Adecco's CEO in Australia.
Decision Maker: Welcomed back former Transform Cosmetic Surgery marketer Steven Taylor as marketing director recently after 25 years away. He will now spearhead the company's brand identity, online and digital presence, communications and customer experience.
Decision Makers: The company is bolstering its digital capabilities and recently lost longtime head marketer Steven Taylor to Optical Express. While his transition out takes place, longtime digital marketer Farida Shinwell has become acting head of marketing.
Decision Maker: Hired Ton Christiannse as the new UK boss, succeeding Phil Wieland, who will leave in January 2017. Duncan Gibson, MD of corporate, public and logistics, will leave the company in January and his team will then report to Mr Christiannse.
