Reporting to CEO Alex Baldock, Rudoe will combine retail and IT for the first time, so agencies that can help him with personalised customer experience and digital efficiencies should begin reaching out now and again in April. He's also responsible for ecommerce, marketing, trading, commercial, business development, Very Exclusive and IT.
