Company: The Proactive Company is a joint venture between Galderma is its operating company.

Opportunity: Appointed Label PR to manage events, press and publicity, as well as social media, following a competitive pitch process.

The vulnerable account gained a new CEO last November and DV urged sellers to reach out ahead of H2 moves. The urgency still applies as Proactive is currently planning and increasing digital.

Zenith currently handles media planning and buying. 

Digital/media/creative-- this is prime season for marketing changes, including new hires and product releases. We've also received word that they're open to agency approaches. This PR push only further proves third quarter spending is on its way. They have yet to announce a creative AOR and Zenith has held media since 2014.

Additional Information

Media Spend: In H1 2016, Galderma spent £69k on digital and press, according to Nielsen. This is less than 2015, when £1.5m was mostly spent in Q3.

Meanwhile, Nestle spent over £40m on TV with another £8m spread across outdoor, digital, press, radio and cinema. 

Digital Breakdown: Proactiv spent £358k on digital channels last year, according to Pathmatics. This was up from 2015's total of £65k. Both years, saw mostly video activity. Top 2016 destinations were ebay.co.uk, ibtimes.co.uk, kizi.com and sport.bt.com.

Target Audience: Gen X females: those interested in the finer things, with greater disposable income for specialty/luxury items.
