Company: Charles Tyrwhitt is a luxury formal menswear brand based in London.

Opportunity: Appointed Ms Philippa Middleton as head of customer marketing after handing the global media business to The Specialist Works in September. Ms Middleton is a perfect fit to lead this email-and eCommerce-heavy team with her strong background in digital marketing.

Last July, eCommerce and Marketing Director Luke Kingsnorth was promoted across the pond to his new role as president of North America. This shake-up, along with the media review, caused marketing to snag for most of 2016. However, Pathmatics does show a digital ramp up around last Q1-2 when Charles Tyrwhitt gained over 92k impressions. Top publishers included about.com, xe.com, ask.com and jamieoliver.com.
